研究领域:生态毒理学、环境健康、进化生物学、暴露组学。

研究方向:主要从事水生生态毒理学研究,聚焦全球环境变化背景下环境污染物的生态暴露组(Eco-exposome)、跨生态系统迁移及生态健康效应。综合运用环境化学、多组学、分子生物学、生物信息学、进化生物学及生态建模等方法,构建覆盖环境暴露-生物富集-关键分子事件-不良结局路径(AOP-生态风险的跨尺度研究体系,系统解析污染物在多重环境胁迫下对水生生物从分子、器官、个体到种群及生态系统的作用机制。重点关注污染物在食物链和水陆生态界面的迁移转化、生物放大、跨代效应及生物适应性响应,揭示环境胁迫驱动下生物表型可塑性、环境适应与潜在进化响应的生态学机制,推动多组学驱动生态毒理学、预测生态毒理学的发展,为One HealthPlanetary Health框架下的生态环境安全评价与污染精准防控提供理论基础。

 

科研项目和成果:

近年来主持/完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省普通高校青年创新人才项目、广州市基础与应用基础研究项目、华南师范大学青年教师科研培育基金等多项;作为骨干人员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、中科院“百人计划”项目等。在Environmental Science & TechnologyJournal of Hazardous MaterialsEnvironmental InternationalEnvironmental Pollution等期刊发表学术论文80余篇,发表专利1项。担任生态环境领域多个国际著名期刊审稿人。
