About the Speaker:
Prof. Jianhui Tang had obtained his PhD degree in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2007, and has worked as a research scientist in the Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences since then on the field of environmental geochemistry of organic pollutants in the coastal region. His research interests focus on the sources, transport and fates of legacy and emerging contaminants such as PFASs in Chinese coastal region. As a PI, he was granted 7 projects from the National Science Foundation of China, and Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shandong provincial and Yantai municipal levels. He has authored more than 80 paper in peer-reviewed international journals, with a total of more than 3000 citations and an H-index of 30 (Source: Google Scholar).
